The tools I built to teach my own classes.
I teach Years 7 to 9 in Kampala. Everything here exists because I needed it on a Tuesday morning — so it is free for you to use on yours, for your own classes, with no catch and nothing to cancel.
Games on the projector
16 games. Open a room, put the code on the board, and thirty phones play the same questions at the same moment — no app, no logins for the children, nothing installed.
Afterwards you get the part a leaderboard never shows: which question two thirds of the room got wrong, and what they put instead.
Papers that mark themselves
995 questions, each mapped to a curriculum objective. Build a paper, set it, and get it back marked — with the wrong answers grouped by the misconception behind them rather than counted.
Parallel versions of the same paper, so a retake measures the maths instead of the memory.
Schemes of work and a planner
Plan a term against the Cambridge scheme, set the week's work, and see which objectives the class has actually met — worked out from the register rather than ticked off by hand.
Worksheets
Printable, per topic, with the answers on a separate sheet. Yours to photocopy.
Why is it free?
Because I am a teacher and these are my lesson tools, not a product. What pays for the server is the tutoring side of Patans, which is a different thing on a different page and has nothing to do with your classes.
Your class is yours. I do not market to your students' parents, I do not sell your data, and nothing you plan here is visible to me or to anybody else.
